the Community Engagement Lead at the University of Wisconsin, Population Health
Institute and is currently working on the Mobilizing Action Toward Community
Health (MATCH) project.
Vice Chair:
Gary Gilmore, La Crosse, is a professor of community health and Director of Graduate Community Health
Programs at UW-La Crosse.
Secretary:
Mary Jo Baisch, Milwaukee, is a Clinical Assistant Professor at the University
of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, in the College of Nursing.
Bevan Baker, Milwaukee, is the City of Milwaukee Commissioner of Health.
John Bartkowski, Whitefish Bay, is the CEO of the Sixteenth Street Community Health Center and Associate Professor at the Medical College of Wisconsin.
Amy Bremel, Fish Creek, is the Marketing and Development Director at HELP of Door County, Inc.
Bridget Clementi, Milwaukee, is the Executive Director at Children’s Health Education Center (CHEC). As a member of the Children’s Hospital and Health System, CHEC works to keep children healthy and safe through education and community programming.
Susan Garcia Franz, Neenah, is the Wisconsin Well Woman Program Coordinator for Planned Parenthood of Wisconsin.
Catherine Frey, Madison, is the Assistant Director for the Wisconsin Partnership Fund at the UW School of Medicine and Public Health.
Terri Kramolis, Ashland, is the Public Health Supervisor and Health Officer at the Ashland County Health Department.
Corazon Loteyro, Stevens Point, is a family physician at Ministry Medical Group in Stevens Point.
John Meurer, Milwaukee, is the Chief of General Pediatrics and Professor of Pediatrics and Population Health at the Medical College of Wisconsin.
Deborah Miller, Dorchester, is a Registered Nurse with a master’s in nursing.
Douglas Nelson, Milwaukee, is the President and CEO of the AIDS Resource Center of Wisconsin.
A. Charles Post, Milwaukee, is a dentist at The Children’s Dental Center at the Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin.
Ayaz Samadani, Beaver Dam, is a family practice physician and medical consultant for Kraft Foods and John Deere.
James Sanders, Milwaukee, is an Associate Professor of Family Medicine at Columbia St. Mary’s Family Health Center in the Department of Family and Community Medicine.
Lynn Sheets, Milwaukee, is an Assistant Professor at the Medical College of Wisconsin as well as the Medical Director for Child Advocacy and Protection Services at Children's Hospital of Wisconsin.
Mark Villalpando, Sturtevant, is a firefighter for the City of Racine Fire Department. Mark is also an EMT, paramedic, on a Paramedic Rescue Squad, on the Regional Hazmat team and a Public Rescue water diver.
Thai Vue, La Crosse, is the Executive Director of the La Crosse Area Hmong Mutual Assistance Association.
